Consent to the production and use of photo and video recordings

During the event, a commissioned photographer may take photos and, if applicable, video recordings. These photos and video recordings may show participants as well as speakers in individual or group shots.

By giving your consent, you agree that this material may be used for the following purposes:

  • Publication on the social media channels (e.g., LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Facebook, YouTube) of GSE and its service partner paul.
  • Publication on the GSE website.
  • Use in digital and printed brochures, flyers or presentations for the external representation of our GSE organization

Consent is voluntary and can be revoked at any time with future effect. Revocation will not affect your participation in the event. In the case of revocation, the affected images will – as far as possible – no longer be used or will be removed.
